Product Personalization Policy

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

1. General Information

RadioClothes specializes in the sale of clothing and accessories personalized using computer embroidery.

Each personalized product is individually made based on the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.

2. Data Provided by the Customer

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided when placing the order, in particular:

• first name,
• last name,
• call sign,
• nickname,
• numbers,
• other inscriptions intended for embroidery.

The Seller executes the embroidery according to the content provided by the Customer.

3. Content Verification

The Seller does not correct or verify:

• spelling,
• typos,
• linguistic errors,
• abbreviations,
• call signs,
• numbers,
• other data provided by the Customer.

Before placing the order, the Customer should carefully review all entered information.

4. Design for Approval

Standard orders placed through the online store are processed without submitting a design for approval.

Services involving custom designs or embroidery based on materials provided by the Customer are processed outside the online store based on separate arrangements.

5. Custom-Made Products

Personalized products are manufactured only after the order has been placed and paid for.

Once the production process begins:

• changing the embroidery content,
• changing the personalization,
• changing the size,
• cancelling the order

may not be possible.

Personalized products made to the Customer's individual specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

6. Sizing

Before placing an order, the Customer should review the size chart available for each product.

The dimensions provided in the size charts are approximate and may differ slightly from the actual garment dimensions within the manufacturer's production tolerances.

Choosing the appropriate size is the Customer's responsibility.

Incorrect size selection does not constitute grounds for complaint or return of a personalized product.

For non-personalized products, the return policy specified in the Store Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy applies.

7. Colors and Embroidery

We make every effort to ensure that the presented photos accurately reflect the appearance of the products offered.

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, slight differences may occur in:

• thread shade,
• embroidery position,
• embroidery size,
• fabric arrangement,
• variations between garment production batches.

Such differences do not constitute a product defect unless they affect its conformity with the order.

8. Custom Designs

Embroidery based on:

• your own logos,
• custom designs,
• trademarks,
• emblems,
• graphics provided by the customer,

are implemented outside the online store based on individual arrangements.

9. Prohibited Content

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order that includes content that:

• is contrary to applicable law,
• infringes third-party rights,
• infringes copyright or trademark rights,
• is offensive,
• incites violence or hatred,
• is discriminatory.

In such a case, the Customer will be informed of the refusal to process the order. If production has not commenced, the payment will be refunded.

10. Complaints

Customized products are subject to complaints under the terms specified in applicable law and the Store's Terms and Conditions.

Complaints are not subject to the following:

• errors resulting from the data provided by the Customer,
• incorrectly selected size,
• change of mind after the order has been processed,
• minor technological differences described in this Policy.

If the product was not manufactured in accordance with the order or has a defect, the Customer has the rights arising from the provisions regarding conformity of the goods with the contract.
