The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.
2. Scope of Data Processing
Depending on the purpose of using the Store, we may process:
- name and surname,
- delivery address,
- billing address,
- email address,
- phone number,
- company details (if applicable),
- tax identification number (for invoices),
- order history,
- payment details (excluding payment card numbers),
- order personalization content (e.g., call sign, name, nickname),
- correspondence with the Customer.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- order fulfillment,
- conclusion and performance of a sales contract,
- payment processing,
- delivery of orders,
- handling complaints and returns,
- issuing accounting documents,
- contacting the Customer,
- pursuing or defending against claims,
- fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions.
If the Customer provides separate consent, the data may also be used to send marketing information.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data are processed on the basis of:
- Article 6.1.b of the GDPR – performance of the contract,
- Article 6.1.c of the GDPR – legal obligations,
- Article 6.1.f of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (e.g., pursuing claims, security, contact with the Customer),
- Article 6.1.a of the GDPR – consent (if granted).
5. Data Recipients
Data may be transferred only to entities participating in the provision of services, in particular:
- payment processors,
- courier and logistics companies,
- Shopify platform providers,
- hosting service providers,
- accounting offices,
- IT service providers,
- entities providing legal or debt collection services, if necessary.
Each data recipient processes the data only to the extent necessary to perform the entrusted services.
6. Shopify
The Store operates on the Shopify platform.
In connection with order fulfillment, some personal data is processed by Shopify as the online store infrastructure provider.
Detailed information regarding data processing by Shopify is available in the documentation of that provider.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through payment processors available in the Store, in particular:
- Shopify Payments,
- PayPal,
- BLIK.
Payment processors process the data necessary for payment authorization and execution in accordance with their own privacy policies.
8. Data Retention Period
- Personal data is stored for the period:
- necessary for the performance of the contract,
- resulting from tax and accounting regulations,
until the statute of limitations on any claims, - until consent is withdrawn – if the processing was based on consent.
9. Data Subject Rights
Every person has the right to:
- access their data,
- rectify their data,
- delete their data,
- restrict their processing,
- port their data,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent),
- file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may prevent the order from being fulfilled or contacting the Customer.
11. Data Transfer Outside the European Economic Area
In connection with the use of the Shopify platform and certain services supporting the operation of the Store, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
In such cases, the Controller ensures that the data is transferred in accordance with applicable GDPR provisions, in particular with the use of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other legal bases.
12. Data Security
The Administrator uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

14. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in the event of:
- changes in legal regulations,
- changes in the manner of operation of the Store,
- implementation of new services or functionalities,
- changes in service providers.
The new version of the Privacy Policy will be published on the Store's website along with its effective date.
